Join the ReBoot Fitness group for a 10 Mile run/walk. Meet at Kitty Hawk Pier and run to Avalon Pier and back. There will be a 7.5 mile and 5 mile option also.
ReBoot is just over 1 year old now and going strong. They have a 5 day per week training schedule as well as the 3 day M/W/F with an optional workout on the weekend.
